The Sales Helpdesk Team in Odoo is dedicated to handling all inquiries, support requests, and issues related to the sales process at Adept Technologies. This team acts as the first point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and efficient resolution of sales-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Customer Inquiries & Lead Management – Addressing potential customer questions about products, services, and pricing, ensuring leads are properly guided through the sales funnel.
📌 Order Processing & Follow-Ups – Assisting with order placements, confirmations, and tracking, ensuring customers receive timely updates.
📌 Quotation & Proposal Assistance – Managing requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensuring accurate, timely proposal delivery.
📌 Billing & Payment Support – Helping customers with invoice-related questions, payment processing, and any billing discrepancies.
📌 Client Account Management Support – Assisting the sales team with client history tracking, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
📌 Internal Sales Coordination – Collaborating with the Business Development and Finance teams to resolve sales pipeline issues and ensure a seamless buying experience.
📌 Escalation Management – Identifying critical sales issues that require intervention from senior management or specialized departments.
